Hi-Eddi is a raster image file originating from Commodore. Images are uncompressed.
Size of the pictures is always 320*200.
Image is divided into 8x8 cells. Each cell can use 2 colors but every cell can use different colors from the 16 color C-64 palette.
Size of the file is exactly 9218 Bytes.
File extension is .hed.
