What is .kla file?

Koala Painter is a raster image file originating from Commodore. It was created for Koala Painter 1.
Images are uncompressed.
Size of the pictures is always 160*200.
Image is divided into 4x8 cells. Each cell can use 4 colors but every cell can use different colors from the 16 color C-64 palette.
